Jackie was a woman with an amazing capacity to make everyone feel loved. She had a special gift of making people happy and she lit up every room she ever entered. She was loved very much and we will miss her always.
Jackie was born in Heidelberg, Germany on August 6, 1961, to John Warren Jackson and Lavonne Maurice Wells. She was previously married to Joel Wayne Lukens. At the time of her passing, she was married to Edward C. Slavin, although they had been estranged for many years.
