![]() Michael Clark McCune, 57, of Navarre, Florida , went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 30, 2021. He was born in Kansas City, Kansas on January 7, 1964 to Tom and Vicki McCune. Michael married the love of his life, Carolyn McCune on November, 2000. Michael worked in construction most of his working life; was a truck driver, handyman, and loved to volunteer within his church community. He loved music and was a musician for many years. Michael loved his family and his 13 grandchildren, he was ready to meet his first great grandson. Michael never met a stranger, he was kind to everyone. He and his wife recently moved into their dream home in Navarre, FL., where he met many new friends and loved spending time walking the beach with his wife. He loved Jesus as his personal Savior and was faithful to his calling. Michael is survived by his wife, Carolyn; mother, Vicki; sister, Pam; brother, Tom III; daughters, Lauren, Jacqueline, Jessica (David Jr.), Jodi (David Sr.); Son, Derek; grandchildren, Brook (David), Morgan, Lily, David Wayne, Daitavion, Lay'Monni, Avah, Amarvion, My'Ana, Alijah, Alaya, David III, and Kalyn; great grandson Cameron James, and many family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Tom; sister, Theresa; brother Steve; son in law Kevin. ![]() Ruth Annette Solomon, age 67, passed away on October 23, 2021, with her family by her side. Ruth was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL on September 26, 1954 to Jack and Gladys Harp. Ruth was a devoted Christian, wife, and mother and was loved by everyone who came to know her. She will be greatly missed by all. We are comforted by knowing that she is now in her heavenly home. Ruth was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys Harp. She is survived by her husband, Scott as well as her children, Shawn and Caelyn; father, Jack Harp (Pat); siblings, Gary Harp, Lindsey Harp (Glenda), Jackie Ochampaugh, Hope Cook (Jeff), and Sherry McCullough (Mike). A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 12:00 PM, at Emerald Coast Church, 117 Jonquil Ave NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL. The service will be officiated by Pastor Tim Black with family visitation immediately following in the fellowship hall.
