![]() With deep sadness, Linda L. Pous, of Shalimar, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday morning December 24, 2022. Linda was born on March 18, 1951 in Rapid City, South Dakota. As an adult Linda lived in Kansas City, Orlando, Austin, and finally Shalimar. Linda worked in various position including Director of Human Resources at a Hospital in Austin, Texas before she choice to be a stay home mother for a number of years. Then in 2002 she spent over a decade managing numerous properties across the Florida Panhandle. She eventually moved full time to Shalimar where husband later joined her. Linda endured a long and difficult battle with cancer, surrounded by family, Linda is now finally at rest. She will be forever loved and remembered. Linda is survived by her husband, Jacob (Jack), their children Lisa, Jessica and Spencer, 5 grandchildren (Geneva, Zeke, Vanna, Mylie and Margaret) and a great granddaughter. In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to Breast Cancer Research Foundation or Parkinson’s Foundation. Visitation at 11AM, Memorial Service at Noon. ![]() Marie Beth Riley (Johnson),75, of Mary Esther, Florida passed away at home with her family by her side on Friday, December 23, 2022. She was born on February 20, 1947 in Lansing, Michigan to William and Mary Johnson. Marie retired from Educational Childcare Center where she was a childcare provider for many years. Marie loved anything outdoors, including, camping, fishing, horses, riding her bike, gardening and she loved to sew as well. She loved and cherished all children including her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She remarried the love of her life, Donald Riley in 2017 and settled into the "salt life" in Florida. They enjoyed the ocean, dolphins, going to dinner and to the movies. She cherished her two kittens, Momma and Toby whom will miss her dearly. She leaves to mourn her loss, husband, Donald G. Riley; daughters, Teresa Riley (Ned Ely) and Tammy Riley-Robbins; grandchildren, Corey (Charlene) Wood, Kasie (Phillip) Goodrich, Kelsey (Tony) Guerrero, Zackeree (Alyssa) Robbins and Eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Marlin (Oscar) Champod; brother, Gary Jordan and many nieces and nephews. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, William Johnson in 1981 and her mother, Mary Mona Casner in 2007 and two sisters, Sharon and Marsha.
