Aaron Bryan Campbell, affectionately known to his family as “Bubba” or “Scooter”, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2026, surrounded by those who loved him most.
Born January 19, 1978, in Eustis, Florida, to Judy Messer (who preceded him in death) and Mark Campbell, Aaron displayed quiet strength and a gentle spirit. Knowing Aaron meant experiencing kindness, loyalty, and genuine goodness.
Family was Aaron’s foundation. He loved deeply and unconditionally. Aaron’s spirit shone in his enjoyment of life’s simple pleasures: shared meals, favorite movies, or a laugh at a silly joke. His laughter—especially at a well-timed 'toot'—filled rooms with warmth and joy. Aaron’s humble heart and steady kindness blessed all who knew him.
Aaron is survived by his father, Mark Campbell, and stepmother, Susie; his sister, Amber Jeter, her husband, Travis, and their sons, TJ and Tegan; his stepfather, Shafter M. Nave; his brother, Shafter W. Nave, his wife, Callie, and their sons, Will and Henry; his sister, April Wade, and her husband, Justin Sellers; and his brother, David Wesley Messer. He also leaves behind a devoted extended family and many friends whose lives he brightened.
Aaron will be remembered for his love, steady presence, and the kindness he showed naturally. His legacy of warmth, laughter, and compassion lives on in all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family kindly requests donations be made to Teen Challenge USA, an organization close to their hearts
