Christina Mary Maibauer
June 23, 1977 – May 30, 2026

Christina was a loving mother, daughter, sister, partner, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched countless lives. Raised in Pompano Beach Florida, Christina was known for her bright smile, positive spirit, and the genuine care she showed to everyone she met.

Above all else, Christina was a mother. She often said that her job was being a mom, and there was nothing she loved more or was more proud of than her four sons, Branden, Chase, Ethan, and Ashton. Her family was the center of her world, and she dedicated her life to loving, supporting, and encouraging those closest to her.

Those who knew Christina will remember her as a caring and selfless person who was always ready to listen, offer comfort, or lend a helping hand. Even through life’s challenges, she remained resilient, optimistic, and focused on the people she loved.

Christina found joy in painting, crafting, journaling, and spending time near the beach. She had a special love for butterflies and often believed they were a reminder that her father was watching over her. Her creativity, gentle heart, and positive outlook made her truly unforgettable.

She is survived by her sons, Branden, Chase, Ethan, and Ashton; her husband, Sam Cate; her mother, Debbie; and her sisters, Julie, Angel, and Paula. She was preceded in death by her father.

Christina’s legacy lives on in the love she shared, the family she cherished, and the countless memories she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
