Earl Dudley Robinson
Born May 14, 1945, and raised in Pensacola, was a larger-than-life presence whose grit, humor, and charisma left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. A dedicated offshore oil platform worker and successful entrepreneur, Earl embodied the spirit of hard work and independence, always forging his own path.
A devoted husband to Jackie Robinson, Earl was a proud father to Monique and Tisha, a father-in-law to Paul and Hugues, and a loving dog dad to Sweetie and Minnie. His greatest happiness came from being Poppy to his grandchildren-Brooke, Devin, his wife Katherine, Anna Camille, and Cate and also a cherished great-grandfather, to Lucas and Maverick whom he loved fiercely and endlessly entertained with stories, jokes, and his unmistakable spitfire personality.
Known affectionately as Earl the Pearl and Dudley Do Wrong, Earl was an alpha in the truest sense-bold, funny, charismatic, and impossible to forget. When he wasn't working or building something new, he could be found fishing, hunting, or golfing, happiest outdoors with a line in the water or a club in hand.
Earl Dudley Robinson lived fully, laughed loudly, and loved deeply. His legacy lives on in the family he built, the stories he leaves behind, and the unmistakable fire that defined him.
