Ethel Marie Gras, 82, of Ft Walton Beach passed away peacefully, surrounded by her five children on June 20,2026. Ethel was born September 12,1943 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Phillip and Elda Blanchard.                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Ethel devoted her life to caring for her five children. She enjoyed traveling to Georgia, going to bingo, the casino and spending time with her children and grandchildren.  She was loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory two sons Ervin Gras, Marty Gras and wife Julie; three daughters, Elaine Pitcock, Loriann Kiehn, Patricia Owens and husband Danny; brother Richard Blanchard and wife Joyce. 

Ethel was preceded in death by her parents Phillip and Elda Blanchard; brothers Peachy, Gerald, Ronnie and Norman Blanchard; Two sisters, Joann Baker and Elda Fosters; two grandsons, Christopher Pitcock and Dougie Mulle; great-grandsons, Tucker and Brayden Sanders and sons-in-laws, Brian Kiehn and David Pitcock.

Ethel was a loving grandmother to 19 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
