Jean Khudan Rampersad

Mrs. Jean Rampersad of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida has gone to be with the Lord on Monday, December 15, 2025. She was born in Siparia, Trinidad and Tobago on March 16, 1954, to Jagdeo and Sonnah Khudan.

She had graduated with her bachelor’s degree in computer operations. She married Anthony Rampersad in 1971.  She enjoyed spending her time traveling especially with her grandchildren.  She enjoyed reading the Bible and Worshipping the Lord with devotion, taking on her father's Catholicism.  When she wasn't in Church, she could be found caring for her friends, family, and grandchildren through the West Indian cuisine that she would cook for them proudly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jagdeo and Sonnah Khudan, spouse, Anthony Rampersad and her son, David Rampersad. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Rampersad Kemp Frey and Son in Law Zachary Frey, and Grandchildren, David Rampersad, Jr, Devi-Ann Rampersad, Miaka Era Kemp, Rianna Jean Kemp, Navarre Raistlin and his wife Ashley Kemp.
