Margaret Mary Hoffman (“Minnie”) passed away peacefully at her home in Gulf Breeze, Florida on April 12, 2026, after a courageous two-year battle with brain cancer.  

Margaret was born in Hollywood, Florida on August 2, 1967. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Barry University in Miami and dedicated her life to caring for others through her work in physical therapy since the mid-1990s. Most recently, she served as Manager of the Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Departments at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.  

Since 1999, Maragaret made her home in Gulf Breeze, where she built a beautiful life with her husband, Philip T. Hoffman. Together, they raised their three beloved children – Philip T. Hoffman III, Pierce G. Hoffman, and Kathryn A. Hoffman (“Katie”) - who were truly her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.  

Margaret is also lovingly remembered by her sisters, Karen Cappello (Joe) and Cheryl Phillips (Tom); her brother, William Pandos (Donna); her nieces, Jennifer Cappello, Danielle Dao (Armand), Samantha Phillips and Tiffany Copley (Ross); her nephews, Michael Phillips (Margaux), Zachary Pandos, and Josh Allen (Sarah); and her great-nephews, Theo and Grant Dao.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Patricia Pandos.  

Margaret will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the love she gave so freely to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.  

A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held at Echo Life, 3850 N. Davis Highway in Pensacola, at 11:00AM on Friday, May 22, 2026.
