Odis Theodore Byers

Retired Chief Boatswain's Mate, Odis Theodore Byers of Pensacola, passed away October 22, 2025. He was born July 12, 1938, in Palacios, Texas. His parents were Odis and Allie Bell Redd Byers. He joined the Navy at 17 and retired with 20 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Kay H. Byers and his son, Rick Byers (Marlecia). He will be interred at Barrancas National Cemetery, November 24, at 11:30 a.m.
