Patricia “Patsy” Elliott Barberi passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.

Born at home on May 17, 1937, in Pensacola, Patsy was the beloved daughter of John Elliott and Norma Dee Comeaux Elliott. A lifelong resident of Pensacola, she graduated from Pensacola High School in 1955 and began her career shortly thereafter at the local medical center. She later dedicated 30 years of service to a local finance company before finishing her working years in retail sales.

Patsy married George Barberi. Her greatest joy in life was her family, especially her children, whom she loved deeply. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Michael Barberi (May 6, 2015), and her daughter, Lisa Rae Barberi (November 22, 2015).

She is survived by her sister, two granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren, and many loving relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on April 8, 2026, at Bayview Memorial Cemetery in Pensacola. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in Patsy's memory.
