Rebecca “Becky” Louise Blair (Ainsley), 52, of Pensacola, Florida, peacefully passed on December 20, 2025. She was the beloved daughter of James Earl Ainsley Jr. and Patricia Louise Ainsley. She is survived by her mother, Patricia; her daughter, Brittany, and son-in-law, John Goundas; her cherished grandchildren, Carter, Ainsley, and Michael; her fiancé, Bobby Doege; her sister, Wendy Ainsley-Kitchen, and brother, James, and sister-in-law, Heather Ainsley; and her niece, Rachel Woodard, and nephew, Cole Ainsley. A graduate of Pine Forest High School, she later earned her Nurse Practitioner License, dedicating over 20 years to her profession as a compassionate and dedicated nurse. Becky took immense pride in raising her daughter and providing care for the sick. She was known for her vibrant spirit, infectious laughter, and deep faith as a follower of Christ. Her friends and family often described her as the light and source of joy in any gathering. While she enjoyed the beach, boating, and gardening, her most treasured role was that of grandma. She valued every moment spent making her grandchildren smile and was known for never telling them, “No.” Becky had a soft heart for animals, treating each one as a valued family member. She will forever be remembered for her strength, generosity of spirit, and love for Jesus. We will always envision hearing her advise, “keep a song in your heart.” She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Becky’s memory will endure in the hearts of all who loved her.
 

A memorial service for our beloved Becky will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026. Cremation has already taken place, and we invite all who knew and loved her to come together and celebrate her life. The service will take place at 2:00 p.m. at Redemption Church, located at 2328 Bush St, Pensacola, FL 32534. The family kindly requests that all flower arrangements be sent directly to the church.
