Susan Marie Hession

Susan Marie (SPAVALE) HESSION, age 66 of St. Louis, MO passed November 2, 2025, in Pensacola, FL.

Suzie was born June 16, 1959, in St. Louis, MO to Kate (Callahan) and Jim Spavale.  She graduated from Southwest high school and continued her education years later for medical billing and coding. She had a love of reading and "stirring the pot.”

Suzie is survived by her brother Jim Spavale, his wife Lisa, and their children Andrew Spavale, Alison and Jonas Middleton. Her son Mark and his husband Mathieu Monnet. Her daughter Jennifer (Schmeider) Lucas, her husband Jason, their children Zac, Aiddon, Cami, Blaise, along with Draven and Frost West.  Plus, her beloved uncle Ray Spavale.

From her earliest days, Susan was a rebel; a force of nature who lived many and varied lives. She will be remembered and missed by many.
