![]() John Edward Calver, age 77, of Navarre, Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. John was born in Lowerstoft, England to parents, Edward and Violet Calver and resided in Navarre for the past 22 years. John was enlisted with the British Royal Army Reserve, volunteered with the Navarre Welcome Center and was a lay pastor for the Children’s Moments. John worked in manufacturing for Pye Electronics in England and then at Fort Walton Beach Machining. He loved taking seaside vacations with his family and was an avid runner. He belonged to the Capt’n Fun Running Club, McGuire’s Running Club and learned and loved to play the guitar. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Calver; mother, Violet (Smith) Calver and granddaughter, Hope Keller. He is survived by his children, Andrew Keller, David (Kim) Keller and Angie (John) Davis; grandchildren, AJ Reynolds, Amanda Roberts, Heather Mitchell, Robert Powers, Amanda Boldin, Brianna Keller and Jordan Taylor; great-grandchildren, Valentina, Olivia, Prestyn, V’Naysia, Braxton, Alice, Brooklyn, Braelyn, Killan and baby Emma. A visitation will be held from 11:00-12:00pm with service at 12:00pm on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Navarre United Methodist Church, 9474 Navarre Parkway, Navarre, Florida 32566. |
