![]() Sandy Ziegler, 66, found eternal rest on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 following an extensive battle with COPD. Born October 30, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Jacqueline (Morris) Berry, Sandy would go on to live a full life filled with family, friends, great food and wine. A graduate of Manual High School class of 1969, Sandy went on to marry Gilbert Ellis with whom she had three children who survive her, she later married Larry Ziegler. While living in Indianapolis, Sandy worked for Cornelius Printing. She later spent many years in Arizona, California, and Alabama. In 2005 she returned to Indianapolis and cared for her mother, Jackie, until her death in 2010. Sandy then moved to Florida to be closer to more family living there. Sandy leaves behind a large family to cherish her memory. She is survived by her greatest joys in life; daughter, Michelle Brown, Wilmington North Carolina; sons, Mike (Lori) Ellis, Pace, Florida and Todd Ellis of Indianapolis. Grandchildren, Austin Adkins of Raleigh, North Carolina; Erin Ellis and Olivia Ellis of Indianapolis and Cassie Ellis of Pace, Florida; her sisters, Colleen Liebert and Diane Hutcherson of Louisville, Kentucky; brothers, John Berry of Indianapolis and David Berry of Indianapolis/Bradenton, Florida and brother, Curt Jaimet of Indianapolis/Milton, Florida. An equally extensive list of cousins, nieces, and nephews, and friends that were considered family mourn the loss of her as well. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017, visitation from 10:00-11:00am with service at 11:00am at Family-Funeral & Cremation, 7253 Plantation Road, Pensacola, FL 32504.
